I really miss having a girly friend that I can talk to constantly and will do geeky girl-things with. R is my best friend in the entire world, but he can’t/won’t do the girly things with me. Understandably. I don’t expect him to want to come with me to get my nails done, etc. Everyone says it’s so easy to make friends, so why is it so hard for me to find someone that isn’t entirely self-centered or obnoxious too the point where I can’t stand to be around them. Agh.
